About Dr. David Cremonesini
After graduating from London in 1996 following my pre-clinical training at Oxford University, I worked in London where I developed an interest in respiratory medicine at the Royal Brompton Hospital. I then trained as a registrar in Oxfordshire and worked at the John Radcliffe Children's hospital for 2 years enabling me to further develop my interests in respiratory medicine and allergies as well as working in paediatric intensive care and neonatology. I then moved to Walsall as a consultant and set up an allergy service there which is still going strong. I then worked in Cambridgeshire for nearly 5 years as a Consultant at Hinchingbrooke Hospital offering allergy testing and treatments.
I moved to Dubai in September 2014 and stayed for 2 years during my sabbatical. I developed with a colleague an allergy service at American Hospital and worked as a school doctor for over 1 year also.
In 2016 I returned to my Consultant job in England and became the Clinical Lead for my department. I comepleted my MSc in Allergy 2018 and this has given me huge confidence in my ability to manage children with all allergic problems. In January 2019 I returned to Dubai and am now working at Parkview Hospital where I am seeing all children with general problems but also allergy, eczema, asthma and anaphylaxis.I offer testing for eczema, asthma hay fever and food allergy. Parents can be very scared about these and need uptodate treatment and advice. Can manage anaphylaxis too for children in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and surrounding Emirates.
In my short time in Dubai have seen variable care for asthma, food allergy, eczema and hay fever. Do check my webpages for advice on these. Apologies if my charges are high but hope to offer excellent service and ongoing follow up by email. Accurate advice so important in allergic disease.
