About Dr. David Cremonesini

Dr David Cremonesini is a UK-trained Consultant Paediatrician based at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai, providing general paediatric care and specialist assessment of childhood allergies, asthma, eczema, food allergies and anaphylaxis.

I first moved to Dubai in 2014, where I helped establish a paediatric allergy service at an American hospital and worked as a school doctor.

In 2016, I returned to England as a Consultant Paediatrician and became Clinical Lead of my department. I completed my MSc in Allergy in 2018, further developing my expertise in diagnosing and managing allergic conditions in children.

I returned to Dubai in January 2019 to join Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, where I continue to care for babies, children and adolescents.

My clinical interests include food allergies, childhood asthma, eczema, anaphylaxis and skin prick allergy testing, alongside general paediatrics.

I aim to provide practical, evidence-based advice, clear explanations and individual treatment plans that help parents feel confident in managing their child's health.

Alongside my clinical work, I have contributed to parent-focused Q&A sessions on Netmums and provided medical advice for Healix.
